SavyCat’s Facility and Maintenance modules aid the faculty and staff in requesting,
scheduling and maintaining the facilities throughout the district campuses and support
buildings.
Help Desk Manager
The Help Desk Manager allows faculty the ability to submit technology workorders
on-line, technology employees the ability to manage these workorders, administrators
the ability to monitor the performance of the technology department. Coming this
fall it will also include an automatic computer asset inventory program with remote
desktop control.
Maintenance Manager
The Maintenance Workorder Manager allows faculty the ability to submit maintenance
workorders on-line, maintenance employees the ability to manage these workorders,
administrators the ability to monitor the performance of the maintenance department,
and much more.
Transportation
Manager
The Transportation Manager allows appropriate faculty the ability to record transportation
vehicle usage for state reporting, vehicle maintenance, vehicle repair, vehicle
fuel and vehicle activity logs. There is also a transportation request module to
manage faculty transportation requests.
