SavyCat’s administrative modules help administrators reduce work load through the use of online tools that help reduce paperwork.

  Human Resources Manager
    The Human Resource Manager allows applicants to apply for jobs on-line and appropriate administrators to query the     applicant database. There is also support for managing current employees and an optional component that allows you     to manage substitutes.

  Text Book Manager
    The Textbook Manager allows appropriate personnel the ability to inventory, check-in, and check-out textbooks. There     is a powerful search utility that allows you to search by barcode number, campus, ISBN number, student, TEA multi-list     code, and title. You can even import students from your student management database to reduce data entry tasks.

  Appraisal Manager (Texas Only)
    The Appraisal Manager allows administrators to easily record appraisal information, run appraisal reports, average     appraisals for contested appraisals and much more. The entire scoring criteria guide is on-line and there is even support     for a Teacher Self-Report.

  Time Clock Manager
    The Time Clock Manager allows faculty the ability to clock-in and clock-out for the various jobs that they perform during     the day, administrators to monitor the these employees, and the ability to import time records into a payroll     management system.

  Admin Manager
    The Admin Manager is made up of four modules that makes everyday tasks easier to complete.

      Calendar Manager
        The Calendar Manager allows selected faculty the ability to create a calendar for events that pertain to all campuses         within the district. School personnel and the public can view the calendar.

      CIQDoc Manager
        The CIQDoc Manager allows the schools to maintain the necessary conflict records for vendors. Vendor documents         can be scanned and published on the school district’s website.

      Event Manager
        The Event Manager allows selected faculty the ability to add events for their campus or district, all faculty the ability         to check their campus or district event calendar, and the general public the ability to check campus and district event         calendars. The user is presented with a calendar interface, and the full details of any event can be readily retrieved         by clicking on the event name.

      Survey Manager
        The Survey Manager allows selected administrators the ability to create surveys, faculty the ability to take these         surveys, and the automatic tabulation of survey results, so that appropriate administrative faculty can determine a         consensus of faculty positions.
